The Hicks Were Outgrowing Their Current Home
and Knew They Needed A Change!
Chris and Danielle Hicks needed a new change in their life. This new change happens to be a new home. The Hicks had a couple of specifics on what they wanted within their home. They wanted a fenced in yard and to move closer to their daughter's school. Our helpful Realtor, Christina Reimer, knew exactly how to help. This is their experience with Christina and how they found their perfect home.
Why Did You Want to Move?
Renting Instead of Owning?
"We wanted to move because we outgrew our current home. We also plan on growing our family further and new we needed more room. We also wanted to move into the city close to our daughter's school. I also wanted a fenced backyard and a dishwasher. My husband wanted a garage and basement."
What did you love about your current home?
"We couldn’t be happier in our new home. We are within close walking distance to our daughter's school. We have a fenced-in backyard that we can have amazing family gatherings and our dog loves the freedom to run around. We love all of our new neighbor friends that we have met so far. We love all of the space we have. And I am so happy to finally have a dishwasher. We are so glad we went with Christina and wouldn’t change a thing. We love our new home and have said when/if we ever have more estate needs we will always use Christina."
What Did You Enjoy Most About Working With Christina?
"I can not give more praise or stars for our Realtor Christina! She is an amazing Realtor. She put up with my constant "let’s look at this house" and then it not being the home for us. Christina never lost hope and kept our hopes up when we felt like we would never find the right home for us. She would know that a home wasn’t for us but even if we still wanted to look at it she’d take us. She even got the feeling of this is their home with the house we ended up buying. She became like family during this process."
Do you have any tips for buyers looking for a home or tips for the home buying process?
"Trust your Realtor. Especially when using Christina, we knew she had our best interest in mind. She knows what she is doing and has great knowledge with the whole process. Don’t lose hope during this process. Be patient, your home is out there it just takes time to find."
